1. GENERAL

By accessing and placing an order on therawplace.com you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users and customers of The Raw Place website.

The Raw Place is operated by The Raw Place Catering Services LLC, registered in the United Arab Emirates.

2. PRODUCTS

All products sold on therawplace.com are cold pressed juices, wellness shots, detox plans and food items. Products are organic, unpasteurized and perishable.

The Raw Place reserves the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice
• Limit quantities of any product available for purchase
• Refuse service to anyone at our discretion

Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

3. ORDERS

By placing an order you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete
• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are authorized to use the payment method provided

The Raw Place reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time. In the event of cancellation a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment — orders are subject to product availability.

4. PRICING

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

The Raw Place reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order placement will apply.

Discount codes and promotions:

• One discount code per order
• Cannot be combined with other offers
• Valid for the stated period only
• The Raw Place reserves the right to withdraw promotions at any time

5. PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods:

• Visa and Mastercard
• Apple Pay
• Cash on Delivery (selected areas only)

All online transactions are processed securely through Stripe. The Raw Place does not store card details on our servers.

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and dispatched.

6. DELIVERY

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates. Current delivery charges:

• Abu Dhabi and Dubai: Free delivery on orders AED 499 and above / AED 20 below AED 499
• Sharjah: AED 50
• Other Emirates: AED 100

Delivery timeframes:

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered the following day
• Delivery days are Sunday to Friday
• The Raw Place is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control

All products are perishable. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. The Raw Place is not responsible for products that deteriorate due to missed deliveries.

7. REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Due to the perishable nature of our products The Raw Place operates a strict refund policy:

We will issue a full refund or replacement if:

• The wrong product was delivered
• The product arrived damaged or in poor condition
• The product was not delivered

We will not issue refunds for:

• Change of mind after delivery
• Products that have been opened or consumed
• Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery

To request a refund contact us at hello@therawplace.com or via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

8. DETOX PLANS — SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Detox plans are fresh perishable products prepared to order. By purchasing a detox plan you acknowledge:

• Products must be consumed within the stated shelf life
• Products must be kept refrigerated at all times
• The Raw Place does not provide medical advice
• Detox plans are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition
• Consult your doctor before starting any detox or cleanse program especially if pregnant, nursing or managing a medical condition

9. HEALTH DISCLAIMER

The Raw Place products are food and beverage items only. Any health benefits mentioned on our website or social media are general wellness information and not medical claims.

The Raw Place is not responsible for any adverse reactions to our products. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should review ingredient lists carefully before purchasing.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on therawplace.com including text, images, logos, product photography and branding is the property of The Raw Place Catering Services LLC. Reproduction, distribution or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

11. PRIVACY

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at therawplace.com/pages/privacy-policy. By using our website you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law The Raw Place shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

The Raw Place reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
