Unfortunately, this modern lifestyle and diet causes us to age faster because of irrational decisions and quick solutions. Since the body is so heavily affected by what we eat and how we live, we need to make changes in our diet and lifestyle in order to lead a healthy life. The single most effective change you can achieve is to rebalance your diet by increasing your intake of wholesome, organic, nutritious foods. At The Raw Place, we provide you with the tools to lead a healthier lifestyle by providing you ease of access to clean, healthy, wholesome solutions. Our products are never processed and always 100% natural.
What is Cold Pressing? It’s the healthiest way to make juice. It means using hydraulic pressure to extract juice from plants without denaturing enzymes or breaking down nutrients with high levels of heat or oxygen. Our hydraulic presses extract every colourful, delicious drop of liquid from our organic ingredients while keeping their health-giving properties intact for a raw juice that stays alive for 4 days.
Our detox packages are not a weight loss program, although that may be one of their popular benefits. The aim of a juice cleanse is to help you find your natural, healthy state of being. Your body wants to be healthy; it used to be healthy. You can achieve that by cleaning your system of toxins and identifying the foods and habits that will help you perform better. Initial benefits tend to be weight loss, increased vitality and improved complexion, skin tone and hair luster. It will also reward you with better moods, enhanced brain function and a stronger immune system. All of our products are made in house with organic produce, and absolutely no additives. Each and every ingredient we use is 100% natural. We maintain as many nutrients and live enzymes as possible by introducing absolutely no heat to any of our products, i.e. everything is always raw. We handle tree-nuts and legumes, such as cashews, almonds, walnuts, and pistachios. Although we are extremely careful with how we handle produce and the machines we use for juicing, cross contamination with tree-nuts may occur. If you are deathly allergic to tree-nuts, avoid consuming our products.
Pasteurized juice is heated to a high temperature for a short time before it is sold. About 98% of all juices sold are pasteurized, namely because it prolongs the shelf life of juice and is the more cost-effective than not pasteurizing. Unfortunately, pasteurization destroys the vital living components of the fruit and vegetables, making most 'juice’ nutritionally deficient and pointless. The Raw Place promotes the consumption of living, high-frequency fruit and vegetable juice, and therefore we mindfully press, bottle and sell a truly raw and unpasteurized product – unheated and untreated. Cold pressed juice must be kept refrigerated. We never compromise our juices with pasteurization, or high pressure processing (HPP).
Our commitment remains to be 100% organic. In limited instances, due to shortages in the supply of certified organic produce, we have to provide the next best quality available in the market, which may not always be organic. As a policy of The Raw Place, we shall never willingly compromise our commitment to organic produce. We go as far as possible to procure organic produce always!
Everything is energy. All energy has a frequency. High, low, or untraceable to the naked eye, energy is present. All raw fruits and vegetables have a high frequency most simply accredited to their live, untainted natural state. Food science is extremely complex, and quoting tired concepts or rules shows a lack of understanding for the variety in our lives. The Raw Place provides high frequency, high energy food and juices. We’re not keen on the calorie system - it’s antiquated and restricting. Calories (large or small) are not the most reliable indicator of whether or not a food or drink is healthful and meaningful for your diet. Food and drinks are not meant to be “zero calories,” “fat free,” and ‘carb free.”
